Responsibilities:
- Develop sales and marketing plan/ strategies, macro/ micro budget and conversion into actionable plans and profit target
- Responsible for Café/FMCG/Marketing (B2B and B2C) business
- Responsible for all marketing and product promotions
- Lead/ Supervise / Train sales & marketing team to achieve/ maximize the regional sales and profit target, ongoing contribution to company morale and success as a key member of management team
- Efficient manage/ control of company resources including human, capital, A/R, inventory
- Identify key prospects and marketing opportunities to increase the growth of business and brand image as well
- Possess ability to open up new national key accounts to capture long term contribution and provide marketing plan, strategic platform for future development
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in sales/marketing/related discipline
- At least 13 years of experience in food and beverage and FMCG sectors of which with at least 6 years in senior management position
- Proven successful track-record in PRC region market, existing knowledge and contacts in FMCG chain supermarkets and catering market segment such as chain restaurants
- Experience in brand building and marketing communication
- Good numeric sense, knowledge of finance/ accounting/ statistics is a plus
- Mature, self-motivated, passionate to develop new business and enjoy working in a dynamic environment with high target expectations
- Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese
