Responsibilities:

• To develop sales and marketing plan/ strategies, macro/ micro budget and conversion into actionable plans and profit target
• Efficient manage/ control of company resources including human, capital, A/R, inventory
• Lead/ Supervise / Train a sales team to achieve/ maximize the regional sales and profit target, ongoing contribution to company morale and success as a key member of management team
• Identify key prospects and marketing opportunities to increase the growth of business and brand image as well
• Ensure adequate focus on existing and possess ability to open up new national key accounts to capture long term contribution and provide marketing plan, strategic platform for future development

• Proven successful track-record in Southern region market, existing knowledge and contacts in catering market segment such as chain restaurants. 
• At least 8 years or more years experience in managerial level, a combination of both direct and agency sales experience is required
• Good numeric sense, knowledge of finance/ accounting/ statistics is a plus
• Degree holder or above, preferably in Business / Marketing
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, grade 6 or above in use of English or equivalent
• Computer literacy and familiarity with the Microsoft tools such as Powerpoint, Excel
• Mature, self-motivated, passion to develop new business and enjoy working in a dynamic environment with high target expectations
• Candidate needs to station in Guangzhou and frequent travel to HK & PRC.
