Our client, a Hong kong company in property development, investment with operations in China, USA, Canada, Australia and Various SE Asia Coutries is seeking for :

Responsibilities:

Based in Hong Kong the Candidate is :

• Responsible for supervising the operations of the Hong Kong and New York office
• Monitoring the performance, leasing and operations of investment properties
• Supervising the preparation of monthly management report and annual budget
• Conducting market research and analysis of potential investment opportunities
• Performing due diligence of potential property investment and follow up work through completion of the acquisition

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Management
• A qualified accountant preferred with previous working experience in the Big 4 or equivalent establishment
• 10 years post qualification experience with at least 4 years in a managerial position
• Experience in USA and Canada is definitely an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese and regular travel is required
